01Discovery Call & Access
A short call to establish what prompted the audit (a traffic drop, a planned migration, a stalled program) plus your priority pages, markets, and constraints. We collect read-only access to Search Console, GA4, and where possible your server logs, so analysis runs on your real data, not simulations.
02Full Crawl + Log Pull
A complete Screaming Frog or Sitebulb crawl of every reachable URL, run alongside a server log extraction covering recent Googlebot and AI-crawler activity. The crawl shows what your site exposes; the logs show what crawlers actually do with it: the gap between the two is where most findings live.
03Indexation & Coverage Analysis
Crawl data cross-referenced with Search Console's coverage reports to classify every URL: indexed and earning, indexed and wasted, excluded, or invisible. Patterns like "Crawled – currently not indexed" get traced to a root cause (thin duplicates, canonical conflicts, or crawl-budget exhaustion) rather than reported as raw counts.
04JS Rendering Check
We compare the raw HTML response against the rendered DOM for each major template, because content that only exists after JavaScript executes is invisible to most AI crawlers and unreliable for Google. Any template where the two diverge on body content, links, or metadata becomes a finding with a rendering fix attached.
05CWV by Template
Core Web Vitals measured with CrUX field data and Lighthouse lab runs, broken out by template rather than sitewide averages: a fast homepage hiding a slow product template is the most common false pass. Each failing template gets a named bottleneck: render-blocking scripts, image payloads, or layout instability.
06Schema & AI-Bot Accessibility
Structured data validated template by template for errors, missing required fields, and drift from what's on the page. In parallel, the AI-bot layer verifies that GPTBot, ClaudeBot, and PerplexityBot can reach and parse your content: robots directives, CDN and firewall rules, and rendered-content availability all checked.
07Competitor & SERP Benchmarking
Your top 3–5 organic competitors analyzed for keyword coverage, content depth, and technical posture on the terms you care about. This is what turns a checklist into a strategy: the fix list gets prioritized against what's actually outranking you, not against an abstract notion of best practice.
08Impact/Effort Scoring
Every finding is scored on expected SEO impact and estimated implementation effort, then ranked. The output is a fix list of 10–30 items where the top of the list is defensible: each entry carries a fix description, acceptance criteria, and estimated dev hours your engineering team can plan a sprint around.
09Report Drafting & Exec Summary
Findings written in plain language a non-SEO stakeholder can follow, with screenshots and data references for the ones who want proof. The executive summary condenses the whole audit to one page: what's wrong, what it costs you, what to fix first, and what it should take to fix it.
10Delivery Call + Implementation Window
A live knowledge-transfer session walks your team through every priority finding and answers the "why" behind each fix. Then the 30–90 day implementation window opens: we review fixes as they ship, verify results in Search Console, and re-test, because an audit only counts once the fixes are live.
