How is this different from White Label SEO and White Label Link Building?+
White Label SEO describes the full-stack service we fulfill, and
White Label Link Building is one component of it. This page is the partnership structure itself: the two tracks, the economics, the agreement, and the workflow that governs the whole relationship. If you've already decided to resell and want service depth, go to those pages; if you're deciding how to partner at all, you're in the right place.
Who owns the client relationship?+
Depends on the track, and it's stated in writing either way. On the white-label track, you do: the contract is between you and your client, you invoice them, and we're your subcontractor. On the referral track, we do: the contract is between ACG and the client, we serve them under our brand, and you earn commission on the relationship you introduced. Each client is assigned to one track at intake, so ownership is never ambiguous.
Will ACG ever contact or pitch my clients directly?+
No. It's in the agreement, not just on this page. A mutual non-solicitation clause means we never contact, pitch, or market to your clients, during the partnership or after it ends. It runs both directions; you agree not to recruit our staff. If a client of yours contacts us directly, we redirect them to you.
What happens if my client asks who actually does the work?+
That's your call, and we support whichever answer you give. Everything we produce carries your branding, our staff never appear in your client's inbox, and there's no ACG fingerprint on reports or deliverables. Some partners present the work as in-house; others say they use a specialist delivery team, which is true. Either way, we never break the framing you choose.
How and when do referral commissions get paid?+
Monthly, on net-30 terms, after the referred client's payment clears. Commission is always calculated on collected revenue, never on signed contracts, with a $100 minimum payout threshold. A commission clawback applies only if a referred client refunds or churns inside the first 60 days.
Can I switch tracks later, or run both at once?+
Yes to both. Plenty of partners refer the clients they don't want to manage and white-label the ones they do. Each client sits on exactly one track, chosen at intake, and moving an existing client between tracks is handled case by case with your partner manager so nobody's contract or commission gets tangled.
Is there a minimum commitment?+
No monthly minimum on the referral track, and none on per-deliverable white-label work, so you can test us with a single order. Retainer campaigns carry the same per-campaign minimums published on the white-label service pages. Volume tiers are earned as your campaign count grows; they're never a requirement to stay in the program.
What are the turnaround times on white-label work?+
Partner onboarding typically completes within your first week; the full sequence from application to first campaign brief usually fits inside two. Per-client turnaround (deliverable schedules, reporting dates, campaign milestones) is committed in each campaign brief, so you can give your client dates you'll actually hit.
Do you work with international partners?+
Yes. We serve clients across the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada, and partners in those markets onboard the same way. Cross-border payment mechanics for referral commissions are confirmed during onboarding rather than assumed.
What happens if something goes wrong on a campaign?+
You escalate to your named partner manager (one person, not a ticket queue) who triages it with the fulfillment team and resolves it with you before anything reaches your client. You always control the client conversation; our job is to make sure you never walk into one unprepared.
Do I control the pricing my clients see?+
On the white-label track, completely. We charge you wholesale; you set retail, invoice your client, and keep the difference. We never publish wholesale rates, so your clients can't reverse-engineer your margin from our site, and we never discuss pricing with your clients because we never speak to them at all.
What do you look for in an application, and how fast is approval?+
A real client-facing business, genuine intent to sell or refer, and fit with the services we fulfill. That's it. No certification exam, no upfront fee. Every application gets a human review within 48 hours; referral partners are usually approved directly from the form, and white-label applicants book a short intro call.
