10 guest posting services compared: what they charge and what you get (October 2026)

Comparison of ten guest posting services in 2026: published prices, turnaround, guarantees and domain approval

Guest post prices are all over the place. One vendor charges $22 a post, another $697 a month for three links, and both call it guest posting. The difference is in what sits behind the price: which metric the sites are graded on, whether you see the domain before it goes live, how long you wait, and what happens if the link disappears.

We checked the public pricing pages of ten services on 18 October 2026 and pulled the same six facts from each. We are one of the ten, so we have listed our own weak points alongside everyone else’s. Prices below are what each vendor publishes, not what you might negotiate.

What we compared

For every service we recorded the published starting price, the authority metric and range it sells against, the content included, the stated turnaround, whether you can see or approve the domain before publication, and the replacement or refund guarantee. Where a vendor’s own pages disagree with each other, we say so.

ACG Digital Marketing

We sell guest posts at a flat $22 each, at any quantity, with packs of 5 for $110, 20 for $440 and 50 for $1,100. Each post is 550+ words written for the host site, with one contextual dofollow link and a stock image, and we check that Google has indexed it before we report it. The 5 and 20 post packs usually complete within a week and the 50 post pack within two. Posts that are removed or deindexed within 90 days are replaced free.

Packages are placed on DA 20 to 50 sites that we choose. If you want to pick the domains yourself, the marketplace lists sites with DA, DR, traffic and price, and you order from there at the listed rate.

The honest gaps: we grade on DA rather than publishing a DR range, we do not publish a minimum traffic figure for package placements, and our 90-day replacement window is shorter than the 12 months several rivals now offer. If traffic floors matter to you, use the marketplace filters or ask for samples before a large order.

Best for: agencies and businesses buying in volume on a fixed per-post price.

Stan Ventures

Stan Ventures has the lowest entry price on the list after ours. Its rate card starts at $37 for a DA or DR 30+ site with 100+ monthly visitors and goes to $247 for DA or DR 50+ with 1,000+ visitors. Posts include 750+ words. Delivery is listed as a 20-day minimum, with the FAQ saying two to four weeks. It replaces lost links for a year, but only while you have an active plan paid within the last 60 days.

The separate blogger outreach product lets you pre-approve blogs and content, at higher prices ($109 for DA 30+ at list, $76 on the current promotion). Stan Ventures also offers a free sample domain list before you buy, which is unusual at this price.

Best for: buyers who want a low entry price with some domain visibility.

Rhino Rank

Rhino Rank prices by Moz DA and cross-checks against Ahrefs DR and traffic. Placements start at $75 for DA 10+, $130 for DA 30+, and top out at $400 for DA 60+. Every order includes a 750+ word article, a 7 to 14 day target, and 12 months of replacement cover. First orders carry a no-questions refund of up to $550.

The pricing is clear but you do not pick or approve individual domains. Rhino Rank runs its own six-step vetting and keeps the publisher relationship.

Best for: agencies that want predictable pricing and guarantees and do not need to sign off each site.

FATJOE

FATJOE has moved its blogger outreach to Ahrefs DR with traffic bands. The entry tier is £60 (about $82) for a DR 10+ site with up to 1,000 monthly visitors, rising through £80 at DR 20+ and £100 at DR 30+ to about $517 at DR 60+. Niche edits are on the same card. Multilingual outreach runs from about $240 and managed campaigns, now branded “Grow”, start at $600 per campaign, although the page header says “from $700”.

Turnaround is quoted from 14 days. You cannot pre-approve placements. FATJOE backs orders with a lifetime link guarantee and money back if the guarantee is not met, but does not refund for DR drops after the first day.

Best for: agencies that want white-label fulfilment across many client accounts.

Outreach Monks

Outreach Monks publishes a full DR ladder: $99 for DR 20+, $119 for DR 30+, $179 for DR 40+, $249 for DR 50+, $319 for DR 60+ and $399 for DR 70+. Each placement includes a 750-word article with two editing rounds, and you can supply your own content. Nothing is pitched without your sign-off on the domain. Delivery is two to three weeks, closer to two for bulk orders, and lost links are replaced for six months.

Best for: businesses that want to approve every domain before it is pitched.

Authority Builders

Authority Builders charges $160 per guest post link and prices by DA, niche and traffic. Its distinguishing promise is a traffic floor: every site must have 1,000+ monthly organic visitors, and if a placement misses that you get a refund and keep the post. Links removed within a year are replaced or refunded. Most orders ship in 7 to 10 days; the editorial “A-List” tier takes four to six weeks.

New customers do not see site URLs before ordering. Regular customers do.

Best for: SEO teams that care more about a stated traffic minimum than the entry price.

The HOTH

The HOTH’s guest post product is called Link Outreach. The product page lists $150 for DA or DR 20+, $225 for 30+, $345 for 40+ and $405 for 50+, with content from 500 to 2,000 words. The HOTH’s own services overview still shows $175 for the entry tier, so expect one or the other at checkout. Turnaround is about 30 days, there is no site or content pre-approval, and broken links are fixed or replaced for six months (a year on contract tiers).

The white-label version for agencies is priced separately at $300, $400 and $500 for DA 20+, 30+ and 40+.

Best for: businesses already using HOTH for other SEO products.

Loganix

Loganix has two different products and the prices are often mixed up. Managed guest posts now start at $200 for DR or DA 30+ sites with 100 to 500+ monthly visits, and “Authority Links” start at $400 for DR or DA 40+ with 1,000+ organic visits. The “from $99” figure applies to its self-serve link marketplace, which lists 25,000 to 30,000+ sites depending on which Loganix page you read.

On the managed service you approve every domain from a shortlist, delivery is about three weeks from approval, and a rejected link is replaced with an equal or better one at no cost. You do not pay for links you do not get.

Best for: companies that want a shortlist to approve, or experienced buyers who prefer to filter a large database themselves.

NO BS Marketplace

NO BS is a marketplace rather than a managed service. It now lists 110,000+ publishers, each showing its own price, DR and Ahrefs traffic before you order. You pay the publisher’s placement price plus a NO BS fee, so there is no single starting price. Live links are guaranteed for 12 months, with a refund if a lost link is not replaced within 30 days. Some publishers turn posts around in a day.

The trade-off is that you do the vetting. A 110,000-site list contains plenty of weak sites, and the filters only help if you know what a healthy traffic graph looks like.

Best for: in-house teams who want to choose publishers themselves and can read the metrics.

LinksThatRank

LinksThatRank sells managed monthly packages from $697 for three links up to $19,997 for 86, with one-off guest posts from $177. Sites sit in three DR bands (20 to 34, 35 to 49, 50 to 80) and must have 500+ monthly organic visitors. Content is 1,000+ words and checked with Originality.ai, and there is a 23-point quality review. Standard delivery is 21 days, up to six weeks for large orders, with a 10-day express option. Replacements run for a year.

You only see the site after your order is placed. LinksThatRank says this protects its publisher network.

Best for: established businesses with a monthly budget that want quality control handled for them.

How to choose

Price per post only tells you the entry point. The questions that separate these ten are:

  • Do you need to approve the domain before it is pitched? Outreach Monks, Loganix, NO BS and our marketplace say yes. Rhino Rank, FATJOE, The HOTH and LinksThatRank say no.
  • Is a traffic floor written down? Authority Builders (1,000+) and LinksThatRank (500+) publish one. Most others, including our packages, do not.
  • How long is the replacement window? NO BS, Rhino Rank, Stan Ventures, LinksThatRank and Authority Builders now offer a year. We offer 90 days, Outreach Monks and The HOTH six months.
  • What is the real turnaround? One to two weeks at the cheap end, 30 days at The HOTH, up to six weeks for big managed orders.

Before any large order, ask for recent live examples, check the traffic yourself in Ahrefs or Semrush, and read the refund terms. Several vendors changed their prices and guarantees between July and October 2026 alone, so check the page on the day you buy.
